Our client based in Randburg is currently seeking to appoint a "Sales Operations Analyst" to join their team. Salary: R43 000 CTC p/m depending on experience. Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 –5 years' experience in Salesforce Administration and a minimum of 3 years' experience in sales reporting and analytics.
- Experience supporting medium to large sales teams.
• Advanced Salesforce administration and automation, data management and cleansing, together with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- A solid understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
