✔ Develop and implement strategic sales plans ✔ Drive revenue growth and control expenses ✔ Set and monitor individual & team sales targets ✔ Track performance and report on sales results ✔ Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team ✔ Coordinate with marketing on lead generation ✔ Provide ongoing training, coaching, and product knowledge support ✔ Build and maintain strong customer relationships ✔ Promote company products and ensure excellent customer service ✔ Support the Dealer Principal with additional operational duties
✅ Minimum Requirements
* 2–3 years' experience in a similar Sales Management role * Proven commercial vehicle (truck) sales experience (essential) * Experience in planning & implementing sales strategies * Experience managing and directing a sales team * Strong customer relationship management skills * Matric or higher * Valid Code 8 Driver's License
