Job Title: Sales Manager Start Date: 2026-08-07 - 2026-09-06 Vacancy Type: Permanent CPT000947 Sectors: FMCG Sales and Marketing Location: KwaZulu Natal , KZN - North Coast Salary: R 20 000 - R 25 000 Monthly Basic Plus Commission (+ fuel + phone + comm) Brief: fmcg sales|merchandiser|merchandising manager|retail execution An established national FMCG business is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow its KwaZulu-Natal sales and merchandising operation. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about developing people, driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. Detail: Minimum Requirements Lead, coach and manage a regional sales and merchandising team. Drive regional sales growth and achieve monthly and annual targets. Develop sales strategies to increase market share and grow customer accounts. Ensure excellent in-store execution, merchandising standards and stock availability. Build strong relationships with key retail customers. Monitor sales performance, analyse trends and identify growth opportunities. Manage regional operations, reporting and team performance. Duties and Responsibilities: Minimum 2 years' FMCG sales experience. Leadership or management experience will be advantageous. Strong coaching and people management skills. Commercially minded with excellent customer relationship skills. Good Excel and reporting skills. Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
