Detail: Minimum requirements: PASSIONATE and EXPERIENCED cyclist. Extensive knowledge of bicycles, components, accessories, and cycling apparel. Proven retail sales management experience. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Commercially minded with a passion for achieving results. Computer literate with strong operational and administrative skills. Duties and responsibilities: Driving sales growth and achieving budgeted sales and margin targets. Delivering EBIT performance in line with budget. Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team. Creating an exceptional customer experience that keeps cyclists coming back.
