This role is for a commercially focused professional with a strong understanding of technical sales
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets • Identify new business opportunities within the electronics and manufacturing sectors • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers • Manage the sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and monitor performance against targets • Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate appropriate solutions • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and oversee sales agreements • Work closely with engineering, production, and procurement teams to meet customer expectations • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities • Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- National Diploma Electronics/ Electrical Engineering
- 3 - 5 Years sales management experience
- Understanding of technical sales and customer relationship management
- Ability to develop business and achieve sales targets
- Negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
