The role focuses on driving sales performance, developing business opportunities, managing key accounts, and implementing strategies to achieve business growth.
Requirements
- Grade 12 Matric; tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management advantageous
- Minimum 5 years' experience in truck sales management
- Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle/truck industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Experience in business development and key account management
- Ability to develop sales strategies, forecasts, reports, and budgets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Working knowledge of CRM and sales reporting systems
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
