We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our manufacturing operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships and ensuring achievement of sales targets.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, quotations and proposals.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Work closely with Production, Operations and Logistics to meet customer requirements.
- Lead and manage the sales team and monitor individual performance.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant sales experience, preferably within a manufacturing, FMCG or industrial environment.
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Strong business development and key account management experience.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and customer relationship skills.
- Strong commercial and financial awareness.
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve demanding sales targets.
