We’re looking for a Junior Telesales Technical Consultant to join our growing team in Randburg.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to clients, following up on leads, learning technical services, and turning conversations into sales. You’ll be part of the vessel inspection industry, where attention to detail, reliability, and great customer service really matter. ✅ What we’re looking for:- Previous telesales or internal sales experience- Confidence with cold calling and generating new leads- A technical sales background or interest in technical industries such as inspection, engineering, or industrial services would be advantagous- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach with clients- CRM experience- Good MS Office skills and general computer literacy- Ability to communicate professionally in English and Afrikaans due to client communication requirements- Ability to prepare quotations and follow up properly- Someone organised, motivated, reliable, and target-driven- Strong admin skills and attention to detail- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients or projects- Own transport would be advantageousWhat you’ll be doing:- Calling potential as well as existing clients and creating new business opportunities- Generating & following up on sales leads and enquiries- Building strong relationships with clients - Helping clients with technical service enquiries- Preparing quotations and assisting with the sales process- Keeping CRM records up to date- Working with our operations and inspection teams- Helping the business reach monthly sales targets and growth goalsDon’t worry if you don’t know everything yet, if you have the right attitude, sales drive, and willingness to learn, we want to hear from you. Experience in a technical, engineering, inspection, or industrial environment will be a big advantage.You’ll receive a basic salary of R8 500 per month, plus commission based on performance and sales growth.
