Requirements
• Matric / Grade 12 certificate • Marketing or Business Management qualification • Valid driver's licence – non-negotiable • Must not have completed a YES Programme previously • Currently unemployed • Computer literate, with good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Passion for sales, marketing, and the automotive industry • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Confident, energetic, and customer-focused • Strong organisational and administrative skills • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Consultants with customer enquiries and follow-ups
- Support vehicle presentations and test-drive arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups
- Assist with preparing sales documentation, quotations, invoices, and vehicle delivery paperwork
- Participate in dealership events, activations, and promotional activities
- Conduct research on vehicle models, pricing, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Assist with updating online vehicle listings and marketing content
- Assist with lead generation and customer engagement activities
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Learn to track and report on performance metrics, including lead conversions and sales targets
- Provide administrative support to the sales and finance teams
- Assist with general dealership duties as required
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a qualification in Marketing or Business Management who is looking to gain practical experience and build a strong foundation for a career in automotive sales and marketing .
