Duties & Responsibilities
We are looking for high-performing, target-driven Lead generators who are passionate about helping businesses grow. If you are persuasive, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, this role is for you.
This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively cold call business owners to introduce our funding solutions
Generate and qualify new business leads
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets
Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and secure the most suitable funding options. Negotiate terms with lenders and investors to ensure the best outcomes.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses and financial institutions, acting as the main point of contact for all cash flow-related inquiries.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements
Proven sales experience with a strong track record of performance
Confident, persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Professional and well-presented
Self-motivated, target-driven, and competitive by nature
B2B sales experience is advantageous
Package & Remuneration
Basic salary: R10,000 – R15,000 per month (depending on experience and track record)
Uncapped commission potential: R10,000 – R50,000 + per month based on performance
