Sales Executive – Johannesburg We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Johannesburg/Gauteng market , a proven track record in direct sales, and experience within the stainless-steel industry. Key Requirements
• Strong knowledge of the Johannesburg, Gauteng and surrounding markets . • Minimum 5 years’ experience in direct sales . • Experience and knowledge of stainless steel and stainless-steel products . • Knowledge of welding equipment will be an advantage. • Proven ability to generate new business through cold calling, client visits and business development . • A confident go-getter who enjoys the challenges and rewards of direct sales. • Working knowledge of Pastel . • Strong target-driven and results-oriented approach. • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Must be based in Johannesburg and willing to travel within the Gauteng and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Gauteng market.
- Conduct regular cold calling and client visits .
- Promote and sell stainless-steel products and related solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Monitor market activity and identify potential new customers and opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
