• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, or related field (advantageous but not required) Key Competencies
• Strong sales and negotiation skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and target-driven • Professional presentation and conduct • Relationship-building ability • High level of integrity and accountability • Strong organizational and time-management skills Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities • Actively source and acquire new clients • Conduct sales meetings and present financial solutions to prospective clients • Build and maintain long-term client relationships • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets • Provide after-sales support and ongoing client engagement • Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
