A global engineering solutions provider is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to drive business development across Zambia and the wider African region. The role focuses on developing customer relationships and selling engineered power transmission solutions to original equipment manufacturers, distributors and end users.
Education: - Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
Job Experience & Skills Required: - Minimum 5 years' sales experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment. - 10 years' relevant experience considered without a tertiary qualification. - Proven technical sales track record; gearing experience advantageous. - Africa market knowledge beneficial. - Strong business development and customer relationship skills. - Financially literate and commercially focused. - Willingness to travel extensively across Africa.
