We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director: Cloud & Security to lead the growth, execution, and expansion of a high-performing enterprise technology sales organization. This executive-level position is suited to a commercially driven leader with a proven track record of scaling revenue, leading sales management teams, building strategic partnerships, and delivering large enterprise cloud and cybersecurity solutions. You will play a pivotal role in defining market strategy, driving go-to-market execution, and accelerating business growth across South Africa.
What We're Looking For
You are a strategic sales leader who combines business acumen with deep technology expertise and a passion for developing high-performing teams. Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in enterprise technology sales leadership
- Proven success selling cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, managed services, or digital transformation solutions
- Experience leading managers and geographically distributed sales teams
- Strong background in enterprise account management and C-suite engagement
- Demonstrated success delivering significant revenue growth and business outcomes
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies
- Outstanding negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field
