Sales Development Representative - Sandton

Job Description

• Our client is looking for a personable and hard-working individual to join their sales team. Working closely with an assigned Branch Manager, who is responsible for business development and growth globally,
• the incumbent will be expected to ensure meetings are set up with potential clients and ensure that client relationships are maintained.
• This role will provide the incumbent with the opportunity to earn commission on top of a basic salary.

On a practical level, this role involves

• Researching quality leads/potential clients using internal processes and partner websites
• Organising leads on a spreadsheet and finding suitable contacts for each potential client
• Reaching out to leads, via LinkedIn, email and phone, to arrange meetings for Branch Managers
• Follow up after meetings to close deals
• Inputting of data and cross checking of leads through Client Relationship Management CRM systems
• Preparing reports to identify standings in accordance with meeting targets

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Good High School results with passes for all subjects
• University/College Degree/Diploma of any background with all subjects passed advantageous
• Cold-calling, sales experience or general work experience beneficial
