Role Summary

This is no ordinary admin job. As a Sales Coordinator, you are the bridge-builder between our client’s external sales force, warehouses, buyers, and suppliers. You ensure customers receive outstanding service from quote to delivery, and you keep the internal wheels turning with efficiency, precision, and care. You’ll be the person reps rely on, factories respond to, and clients unknowingly depend on, making sure everything behind the scenes runs as smoothly as the front. Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Convert accepted quotations into Sales Orders.

• Verify customer information and maintain accurate customer profiles.

• Coordinate stock allocation and purchasing requirements.

• Liaise with sales consultants, buying, warehouse and logistics.

• Monitor outstanding Sales Orders and reservations.

• Follow up on outstanding payments where required.

• Ensure all documentation is accurate before invoicing.

• Assist with delivery coordination.

• Maintain accurate records and reporting in IQ.

• Ensure SOP compliance throughout the order process.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in sales coordination, buying, or internal sales.

• Industry knowledge in tiles, sanitaryware, or flooring preferred.

• Fluent communicator with the ability to manage pressure and deadlines.

• Excellent with Excel, ERP systems, and communication tools.

• Organised, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure.

• Respectful, reliable, and energised by collaboration and structure.

• Bonus if you have worked with IQ Elite or similar systems.
