SALES CONSULTANT / BUSINESS DEVELOPER- Ref: 003

Tasc Business Consulting and training is a company which specialize in training, business consulting, and research. The company offer training to government departments, private firms and NGOs. We would like to appoint a self-driven, hardworking Sales Consultant/ Business Developer to grow with the company.

Key responsibilities for this exciting position include but are not limited to ;

· Generating leads and turning them into opportunities for sales.

· Contacting potential clients via telephone, email and face to face.

· Identifying opportunities for new business within the market.

· Building long term relationships with new and existing clients.

· Research, study and assess current marketing trends in the training, research and consulting industry.

· Arranging meetings with prospects in order to explain training and consulting services

· Ensuring all administration relating to sales is completed effectively.

Qualifications

A University Degree or a Diploma.

Skills and Experience

Key requirements of the Sales Consultant position include:

· Good networking skills

· Ability to drive sales and generate new business.

· Confident and experienced negotiator able to drive revenue.

· Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success.

· Self-driven and hardworking

· Work under minimum supervision

· Excellent communication skills with strong command in English (other languages will be beneficial)

· Good computer skills

· Strong negotiating and selling skills

· Being persuasive

· No buckling under pressure and be target driven

· Able to give a professional presentation

· Be thorough and attention to detail

· Flexible and open to change

Remuneration

A market related salary based on experience plus a commission on sales.
