Duties & Responsibilities

Positions in Durban, Gauteng, and Bloemfontein

Commercial Insurance Sales Hunters (B2B) to join a high performing Tied Agent sales team.

Required to hunt, source, and convert your own new business through cold calling, networking, and engaging decision-makers.

In this face-to-face, client-focused role, you’ll build strong relationships with business and corporate clients, offering tailored short-term insurance solutions across commercial, fleet, and corporate portfolios.

Deliver on business strategies and key deliverables

Actively source and grow your portfolio of clients

Provide world class service to your portfolio of clients, thereby ensuring a low lapse rate

Screen new business and ensure that your portfolio does not pose a threat to the organisations risk pool

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric / Grade 12 / Standard 10 / NQF 4

FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (as per DOFA date)

Financial Services Board Regulatory Exams (RE5) completed (as per DOFA date)

Minimum 1 year experience in face-to-face sales role

Ability to source, and convert our own new business leads

Experience in the commercial insurance industry advantageous

Must have Valid code B driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.

Must be highly proficient in dealing with customers and staff at all levels
