We are currently looking for Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidates will work directly with clients both in-office and online. The role involves processing loan applications, generating sales, handling customer enquiries, and building strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Motemo Financial Services products

• Process loan applications efficiently and accurately

• Assist clients with enquiries and loan-related information

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve sales and performance targets

• Provide excellent customer service both online and in person

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Must reside in Tembisa or Katlehong

• Must have Grade 12 (Matric)

• Well-presented and professional

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong sales and customer service skills

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Computer literacy will be an advantage

• Ability to work well with people and in a team environment

• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience will be an advantage

• Candidates with no work experience are also encouraged to apply

• Willingness to learn and participate in training

Package & Remuneration

• Monthly salary ranging from R4,000 to R5,000 , depending on experience and performance

• Performance-based bonus structure

• Company-provided cell phone and laptop

• Two-week training programme with transport and meal allowance

• Three-month probation period

• Opportunity for permanent employment upon successful completion of probation and achievement of KPI targets
