Duties & Responsibilities
Key Duties
- Re-engage former policyholders with new exiting offers.
- Professionally present and sell our range of insurance products over the phone
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver professional, high-quality customer service at all times.
- Accurately capture and update customer information.
- Conduct outbound telesales based on.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) – completed
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or call centre environment (resale experience advantageous)
- 25 years or older
- Fluent in English and at least one additional language
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Must be able to travel to Rosebank daily
