Sales Consultant / Showroom Consultant CPT - Northern Suburbs
Reports to: Store Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant / Showroom Consultant to join our clients team in Western Cape. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect products, and driving sales in our showroom selling upmarket and imported fireplaces and heating solutions Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide product knowledge and advice
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or retail - homeware products such as fireplaces, flooring, paint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
