Our client is a specialized insurance provider located in Roodepoort. They focus on offering tailored services to their prospective new policyholders and brokers.
The Role: Sales Consultant
The purpose of this role is to build continuous relationships with prospective new clients and brokers to identify their needs and drive product sales. The main focus areas include generating and updating quotations, handling client applications, providing timely feedback, and retaining brokers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Build continuous relationships with new clients to identify their needs.
Build continuous relationships with brokers to motivate and convince them to sell products.
Provide proactive and timely feedback to prospective new clients and brokers daily.
Engage with prospective new clients and brokers regarding product and service questions.
Create new quotations and update existing quotations with new information.
Take responsibility for the application process of new clients.
Provide solutions and resolution to prospective new clients regarding their insurance needs.
Manage broker retention.
Desired Experience & Qualification
About You
Completed degree, preferably a BCom.
Very strong academic results.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, with a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
Exceptional client service capabilities and a solution-oriented approach.
Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Roodepoort, Gauteng.
No relevant experience necessary.
