Key Accountabilities

As a Tele Sales representative in our referral-based program, your main duties will include:

• Contacting referred leads : You will be responsible for reaching out to leads who have been referred to us, through phone calls. These leads have expressed some level of interest in our products or services due to the referral.

• Building rapport and relationship : Once you establish contact with the referred leads, your goal will be to build rapport and establish a positive relationship with them. This includes understanding their needs, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.

• Presenting products/services : You will be responsible for presenting our products or services to the referred leads in an informative and professional manner. This involves highlighting the key benefits, features, and value propositions that align with their specific needs and interests.

• Closing sales : Your objective will be to convert the referred leads. This involves using effective sales techniques, overcoming objections, and guiding the leads through the sales process to successfully close the deal. These techniques will be taught to you during your two-week training course.

Minimum Requirements

Qualification

• Matric / Higher Tertiary Qualification

Experience

• Prior sales experience is always welcome, but not a requirement.

General

Proficient User in  English  and  Afrikaans

Package & Remuneration

Training

• We offer  fully paid training  to all sales consultants, ensuring that our employees have all the necessary skills to perform their jobs properly and ethically.

• Training Period Remuneration:  R200 per day (payable upon completion of the training program.

Compensation Structure

• Performance Based Salary Structure: Commission Based Earnings (Uncapped)

• No Clawbacks

• Time Off:  Weekends and Public Holidays.
