Retail hours. An exciting opportunity exists for a driven, dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join a leading retailer of premium beds and mattresses. Detail: Based at the showroom, you will assist walk-in customers while also managing sales and customer relationships remotely via email, WhatsApp and telephone . The role also offers the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with interior decorators, designers, hotels and hospitality groups , providing tailored sleep solutions for residential, commercial and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach , strong relationship-building and communication skills, and the confidence to identify and develop new business opportunities. You should be equally comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face and building rapport digitally with clients who may never visit the showroom. Requirements: Previous retail or showroom sales experience Confident, energetic and customer-focused approach Strong communication, relationship-building and closing skills Positive attitude with a passion for exceptional customer service Experience in furniture, home décor, bedding or related industries advantageous Comfortable working across email, WhatsApp and telephone Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, email, quotations, CRM / order management systems and general business software Own transport preferred Apply: [email protected] show more...
