Sales Consultant (Microfinance)

Introduction

Microfinance Company seeks self-motivated, sales driven and administratively strong candidates for the posts of Sales Consultant at one of our Pretoria branches.

The candidates will be involved in the marketing, promotion and sale of Letsatsi Finance and Loan (Pty) Ltd loan/insurance products; creation of new business; maintaining and improving client relationships to meet/exceed Loan Out/Loan In/Contract/Funeral Plan targets and maintaining administrative standards. Responsibilities will also include control of cash at branch level while ensuring the updating of cash books and reports, from time to time or as directed.

• Meeting/Exceeding Loan Out/Loan In/Contract/Funeral Plan targets

• Maintaining customer relationships

• Marketing Letsatsi Finance and Loan (Pty) Ltd products and services

• Developing and growing customer database

• Meeting branch administrative requirements

• Adhering to Company Policy and National legislative requirements

• Keep updated with product knowledge

• Educate customers on products and terms & conditions

• Ensuring the updating of branch books with regards incoming cash and balancing of books and systems.

• Cleaning of branch and ensuring presentation of professional image (personal appearance, uniform and branch) at all times.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 (Maths/Accounting)

• Degree/National Diploma advantageous

Experience

• 1 - 2 years microfinance experience

Package & Remuneration

Salary

• Basic salary of R7 000.00 - R8 000.00 (based on skills/experience) per month + a competitive commission structure.
