SALES CONSULTANT – PORT ELIZABETH (Higher Education Industry) Position Requirements:
- Grade 12 + tertiary education will be to your advantage.
- 2 -5 years sales experience

Profile
Ideal candidate: A highly motivated, target-driven Sales Consultant / Sales Executive with 2–5 years of proven sales experience , preferably within the higher education, education, training or student recruitment sector . The candidate should have a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets , converting leads, generating new business and building strong client/customer relationships. They should be confident with prospecting, cold calling, lead follow-up, objection handling, closing sales and CRM/pipeline management . Key attributes:
- Proven sales and business development experience
- Consistent achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Strong lead conversion and closing ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, energetic and persuasive
- Customer-focused and relationship-oriented
- Resilient and comfortable in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable with a basic + commission remuneration structure
- Available to start immediately
- Based in or able to work in Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha
Preferred backgrounds: Higher Education | Student Recruitment | Education | Training | Recruitment | Financial Services | Insurance | Telecommunications | Technology/SaaS | Property | Other high-volume target-driven sales environments. Education: Matric/Grade 12 is essential. A tertiary qualification is advantageous but not essential where strong sales performance is demonstrated. Top priority: Proven sales results and target achievement should carry more weight than qualifications or industry experience.
