We're looking for people with a passion for sales, a strong work ethic and the determination to succeed.

No previous financial services experience is required. Full training, mentorship and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in the financial services industry.

What You'll Be Doing

Identifying and approaching potential new clients.

Generating leads through networking, referrals and prospecting.

Meeting with clients to understand their financial needs.

Presenting suitable financial products and solutions.

Working towards individual sales targets.

Building and managing your own client portfolio.

Maintaining strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Developing your knowledge of insurance, investments and financial planning.

Desired Experience & Qualification

To qualify, you must have

Matric certificate (Grade 12).

Valid driver's licence.

Your own reliable vehicle.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in approaching and engaging with potential clients.

A self-motivated, target-driven attitude.

Willingness to learn and undergo training.

Previous sales experience in retail, automotive, property, telecommunications, insurance, banking or direct sales will be advantageous.
