Duties & Responsibilities
We seeking an enthusiastic and inovated individual to join our team. As a sales consultant, you will be the voice of our company, helping customers with their inquiries and providing information abiut our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and looking for a rewarding career in a supportive and fun enviroment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound calls professionally and courteously
Objection Handle
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain a high level of customer satisfactionAcieve individual and team performance targets
Participate in ongoing training and development programme.
Qualifications
1 + years of experience in a call centre enviroment preferred
Matric or equivalent
Excellent communication skills( both verbal and written)
Strong problem solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast paced enviroment
Basic computer skills
Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
