Job Description
- Provide expert technical support on heat pump applications
- Handle inbound technical enquiries and advise clients on the best solutions
- Identify and implement marketing initiatives
- Assess applications and specify the correct product requirements
- Work closely with customers to ensure the right technical solution is delivered
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience within the plumbing industry, specifically involving pumps
- Strong technical knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial heat pumps
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- A self-motivated, solutions-driven approach
Qualification
- Trade test/ NDip and BTech in Electrical or Mechanical
