External Sales Consultant – Chemical Raw Materials (Pharma Division)
Location: Gauteng Salary: R20 000 – R45 000 CTC per month (depending on experience) 🩺 Includes Discovery Medical Aid A well-established chemical raw material distributor is looking to appoint a dynamic External Sales Consultant to join their Pharma Division . The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business development and managing key customer relationships within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and personal care industries . This is an excellent opportunity for a hungry sales professional with technical aptitude and strong prospecting skills who is currently working within the chemical raw materials or ingredients industry . Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and personal care sectors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Conduct client visits and product presentations
- Provide technical product support and solutions to customers
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Minimum Requirements
- 2 – 5 years external sales experience
- Experience selling chemical raw materials / ingredients
- Exposure to pharma, nutraceutical, sports nutrition, personal care, or home care industries
- Strong technical aptitude
- Proven new business development experience
- Ability to conduct face-to-face client visits
- Valid driver’s license

Remuneration
- R20 000 – R45 000 CTC per month (depending on experience)
