Technical Sales Consultant position available for a Junior Technical advisor. Candidate must have at least 2 years experience in similar environment. To provide expert and technical support to the farmer (customer), regarding the quality of feed that is produced by the Feed Milling operations, with a specific emphasis on system implementation, monitoring the quality and the successful investigation and settlement of all customer complaints.
Ensure continuous on-farm technical advice and support to customers through regular farm visits. Arrange customer visits with technical support team. Gather production information from farms to use as proof of product performance. Evaluate the performance of products and feeding programs. Do product performance benchmarking thorough identify the strong and weak points of theopposition products. Duties & Responsibilities
BSc Agriculture, B Animal Science, National Diploma in Animal Production, or an equivalent qualification Minimum of 3 years' sales and technical experience Fluent in Afrikaans and English. SACNASP registration Valid driver's licence Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteSound knowledge of the Fertilizers, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Stock Remedies Act, 1947 (Act 36 of 1947) Understanding of agricultural products, livestock production, and animal nutrition.
