- Add value to customers by improving access to products and services and providing on-site support to increase sales and strengthen customer relationships.
- Market products and services to targeted customers.
- Ensure the timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Provide after-sales service and support to clients and customers.
- Liaise with the Irrigation Design and Procurement departments to ensure effective service delivery.
- Communicate market trends and customer needs to relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a customer database and ensure accurate administrative recordkeeping.

- National Senior Certificate
- Minimum 3 years experience in a direct sales environment
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
