SALES CADET / JUNIOR VEHICLE SALES CONSULTANT
An exciting opportunity is available for an energetic, ambitious and motivated Sales Cadet looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales drive, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. Previous motor dealership experience is advantageous but not essential. The successful candidate will receive practical exposure and coaching across the full vehicle sales process, including customer service, lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, vehicle demonstrations, test drives, quotations, customer follow-ups and sales administration . The role will also involve developing strong product knowledge, maintaining accurate CRM/DMS records and assisting the sales team in converting enquiries into appointments and vehicle sales. Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Valid Code 8 driver's licence
- Previous sales or customer service experience advantageous
- Automotive/dealership experience advantageous but not essential
- Good computer literacy
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Professional and presentable appearance
- Target-driven and customer-focused
- Energetic, confident and outgoing personality
- Strong follow-up and prospecting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection
- Willingness to work weekends and dealership events when required
