Sales Associate (Fashion Clothes)

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to help customers find the right items.

• Drive sales by promoting current promotions, loyalty programs, and new arrivals.

• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash, credit, and returns.

• Store Presentation :

• Maintain excellent standards of store cleanliness, fitting rooms, and overall visual appeal.

• Assist with folding, replenishing stock, and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.

• Support seasonal visual merchandising and promotional displays.

• Teamwork & Operations :

• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve daily sales goals.

• Participate in inventory counts, stock rotation, and loss prevention efforts.

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines.

• Product Knowledge :

• Stay informed about current product features, sizing, fabric care, and brand values.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Experience : Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but we welcome enthusiastic beginners with a strong willingness to learn.

• Fashion interest or previous experience in clothing retail is a plus
