Sales Support & liaison between Sales, all other departments & Clients to ensure the highest degree of client service and execution from pre-sale through to invoicing.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting sales representatives with administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations, gathering market research, and organizing sales meetings. Efficient collation of sales status reports in MS-Office Word, Excel etc.
- Following up with customers after sales to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction
- Creating and sending price quotes, proposals, and sales contracts to customers. Collaborating with the sales team to develop compelling proposals that address customer needs. Develop procedures for sales – Concepts & Think Tanks
- Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
- Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities with regards to Presenting & Excel.
- Generating sales reports and analytics for the sales team and management. These reports may include sales performance metrics, lead conversion rates, revenue forecasts, and other relevant data. Check expense reports and complete business travel arrangements for management.
- Setting up client accounts, testing of leads and handing over of clients.
- Handling customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, or other communication channels. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, sales transactions, leads, and contacts in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
