The successful candidates will be passionate about fashion, enjoy working with people, and be driven to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are committed to creating an exceptional shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Assist with receiving, unpacking, pricing, and merchandising stock. Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and visually appealing. Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the store. Assist with stock counts and inventory control. Help minimise stock losses by adhering to company loss prevention procedures. Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally. Support the Store Supervisor with daily operational requirements. Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive shopping environment. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric). Minimum 1–2 years' retail sales experience , preferably within fashion, apparel, footwear, or accessories. Passion for fashion and customer service. Proven ability to achieve sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, confident, and well-presented. Basic numerical and cash handling skills. Experience using a POS system will be advantageous. Ability to work retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays. Reliable transport to and from Walmer Park Shopping Centre. Must be available to start immediately. Preferred Requirements Previous experience with a national fashion or apparel retailer. Knowledge of visual merchandising principles. Experience working in a target-driven retail environment.
