Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships. • Assist customers with product selection and recommendations. • Achieve individual and store sales targets. • Process transactions accurately using the POS system. • Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards. • Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels. • Support visual merchandising initiatives and promotional campaigns. • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally. • Stay up to date with product knowledge and current retail trends. • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business objectives. Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate. • Minimum 1-2 years' retail sales experience. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer-centric approach with a passion for retail. • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. • Basic computer literacy and POS experience. • Reliable transport to and from work.
