Job Title: Sales and Process Engineer (Portuguese) - Mineral Processing Start Date: 2026-07-09 - 2026-08-08 Vacancy Type: Permanent JHB025585 Sectors: Engineering Location: Gauteng , Gauteng Salary: 960,000 - 1,200,000 Brief: An exciting opportunity has become available with a leading OEM in the mineral processing industry for a commercially minded Sales & Process Engineer. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys engaging with clients, developing technical solutions, and driving business growth across the mining sector. Working closely with mining houses, EPCM companies and project teams, you will provide technical sales support, develop process solutions, prepare tenders and oversee the successful delivery and commissioning of equipment throughout Africa and Brazil. Detail: BEng, BSc, BTech or National Diploma in Mechanical, Process, Metallurgical or a related Engineering discipline Approximately 5 years' engineering experience within the mining or mineral processing industry 2 years' technical sales experience in a mining or process engineering environment Proven experience within vibrating equipment, screening equipment, mineral processing, materials handling or OEM capital equipment (non-negotiable) Experience with tender compilation, contract negotiations and project execution Sound understanding of mining processes and mineral processing operations Experience with equipment commissioning and technical troubleshooting Excellent presentation, communication and relationship management skills Fluent in Portuguese (essential) Valid passport with the ability to travel extensively throughout Africa and Brazil Candidates requiring work authorisation must have all relevant travel and employment documentation in place Develop and grow business opportunities within the mining and mineral processing sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with mining houses, project houses and key stakeholders Prepare technical proposals, quotations and tender submissions Conduct process evaluations, equipment audits and site assessments Provide process engineering support and equipment selection for customer applications As Specialist Recruiters for professionals in your industry, we are well geared to represent your best career interests.
