Sales and Customer Relations in Cranes

Minimum requirements for the role:Must have a recognised national or international sales qualification / national or international chemical or related qualificationMinimum 3 years practical sales experience in the composites or related industry, with a proven sales track record and demonstrable computer experienceStrong customer focus and commitment to exceeding customer expectationsMust have a valid drivers licenseThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders and understanding their technical and business needs.Acting as the primary technical contact for client discussions, escalations and problem-solving.Guiding clients on product implementation, configuration, optimisation and best practices.Managing technical projects, coordinating resources, monitoring timelines and communicating project status.Initiating customer contact, identifying required products/services and supporting the achievement of sales targets.Understanding market trends and implementing sales plans; forecasting and monitoring sales and regularly evaluating targets.Identifying prospective customers, supporting customer events/hosting and maintaining effective customer relationships.Assisting with finance agreements and communicating customer credit positions to support continuity of supply.Assisting with perpetual and quarterly stock counts as required.Please note that subsequent to the screening and shortlisting process, all further communication will be entered into only with the shortlisted candidates.
