REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years sales and marketing experience.
- Must be bilingual in Afrikaans and English (non-negotiable).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Own reliable transport and a valid drivers license (non-negotiable).
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification required.
- Marketing, Sales, or related Degree, Diploma, or suitable qualification.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Innovative mindset with the ability and willingness to research new ways to drive sales growth.
- Candidates must reside in Winelands / Overberg area, this is non-negotiable.
DUTIES
- Drive sales to achieve budgeted targets and present sales performance updates during monthly reviews.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports comparing actual performance against budget.
- Manage weekly sales activities focused on acquiring new clients, specifically small to medium-sized manufacturers requiring GFSI Intermediate, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 services.
- Achieve agreed monthly sales activity targets and provide weekly sales activity reports by 15:00 every Friday.
- Conduct a range of sales activities, including:
- Cold calls, follow-up calls, and courtesy calls.
- Client communication via email.
- Scheduling and conducting software demonstration appointments.
- Client visits.
- Managing Mailchimp subscriptions and engagement.
- Plan and coordinate consultants calendars based on client projects and scheduled training interventions, ensuring effective communication between consultants and clients.
- Organize and coordinate training interventions to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients, delegates, facilitators, and training venues to ensure smooth execution of training interventions.
- Ensure delegate registration forms are completed and processed.
- Provide required information to the Accounts Department timeously to enable accurate invoicing per delegate before training commences.
- Liaise with administrative staff to ensure training materials are prepared and printed, and delegates receive agendas prior to training.
- Monitor the quality of training interventions by contacting selected delegates after each session and reporting any concerns or areas for improvement.
