Position: Sales Agents
A property management company in Mthatha is looking for motivated and professional Sales Agents to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. • List and market residential and commercial properties. • Conduct property viewings. • Place tenants in vacant properties. • Negotiate offers, rental agreements, and sales contracts. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities. • Professional, self-motivated, and target-driven. • Good knowledge of the Mthatha property market will be an advantage. • Previous sales or property experience is advantageous. • Must be willing to work flexible hours • A valid driver’s licence and own transport will be an advantage.
