Sales Agents Required

Basic Salary: R5,000 per month KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Answer incoming calls and assist with customer enquiries • General customer liaison and order updates • Create and send invoices • Follow up on payments and outstanding amounts • Track customer jobs from order to completion • Notify customers when orders are ready • Coordinate collections, deliveries and drop-offs • Dispatch completed customer orders • Follow up internally on jobs and keep customers updated MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: ⚠️ PREVIOUS PRINT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS COMPULSORY. • Minimum 6 months’ experience in a printing, signage, branding, copy shop or related print environment • Good understanding of print-shop terminology and workflow • Customer service/front-desk experience • Basic invoicing, quotations and payment follow-up experience • Good computer skills, including email and WhatsApp • Good written and verbal communication skills • Strong organisational and job-tracking skills • Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment • Reliable, punctual and able to work without constant supervision  TO APPLY: Email your CV to info@bizcopy.co.za  WhatsApp: 084 739 2040 Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.  Phoenix, Durban Please do not apply if you do not have previous print-industry experience.
