Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience.
- Sell financial and short-term insurance products through outbound telesales.
- Participate in ongoing training and upskilling to develop your sales expertise.
- Consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build your career with us and work towards becoming a franchise owner through our Ownership Development Programme .
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric is essential.
- Minimum 6 months' recent outbound telesales experience , preferably selling financial products or short-term insurance.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Clear criminal record.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
