- We are seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on generating leads, engaging potential customers, and closing sales to contribute to our overall growth. This position is essential in building relationships with clients and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to their needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall objectives of the team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value to clients.
Requirements
- Matric with 50% average or any other equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
