Silverton Timber Merchants in Pretoria has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Agent who enjoys working with people and has a practical, hands-on approach.
You don’t need to know everything about timber or woodworking already — we will train you. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, accurate, reliable, and enjoys helping customers take a project from an idea to a quotation.
This position is for a lady only.
The position is temporary with the posibility of becoming permenent.
This is a internal sales position, so no cold calling!
Duties & Responsibilities
Die werk behels onder andere
- Opstel van kwotasies en bestellings
- Werk met mates, hoeveelhede en basiese berekeninge
- Telefoniese en persoonlike kliëntediens

The role includes
- Preparing quotations and orders
- Working with measurements, quantities, and basic calculations
- Providing telephone and in-person customer service
- Must be fluent in afrikaans and english

What we’re looking for
- Matric
- 23 years or older
- Good computer skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and measurements
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Reliable and willing to learn
- Preferably residing in Pretoria or surrounding areas
Package & Remuneration
R10 000.00 per month but will be revised after 3 months
