Sales Agent - Security Service - Johannesburg (Parktown)

Introduction

Please note this is NOT a Security Officer role

As a traditional security services company serving homes and businesses, we are integrating new technologies into our operations and need a dedicated  services salesperson to assist with these sales efforts.

The succesful candidate should be Security Service Sales focussed.  Security Services Sales experience reaching targets is essential.

Our Services include but are not limited to

Armed Response - Guarding - K9 - CCTV & Surveillance -VIP Protection - Cargo Escorts - Critical Infrastructure - Community Development.

Candidate should ideally be from Johannesburg and will be office based in Parktown.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Strong  services sales focus - in  Security Service  and building relative  security service  industry clientele

• Initiate/introduce Marketing strategy to enhance and grow security services business.

• Focus on customers and potential customers in security service industry

• Sales of Armed response services to homes and businesses.

• Sales of Alarm systems

• CCTV Sales

• Drone technology services and solutions sales will be of beneficial

• Know the "tricks of the trade" of the security services industry.

• Grow AI and smart security space and Access control - on platforms such as Retail, Financial services, Health care, and Logistics

• Familiar with security product line - but not selling of products.

• Able to do quotations, presentations and conduct Service Demo's

• YOU must be your "own driver" in customer relations", and security service  clientele acquisition/ client growth/built.

• Travel country wide

• Team Leader skills. Managing/coaching a team of young employees.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Matric or at least  7 years marketing and sales experience.

Strong Marketing foundation.

Security service/s and Sales experience in seeing clients.

Must come with the "know how" of the security services trade and, hit the ground running in obtaining new clients in expanding/growing and developing security service business

Security Certification beneficial.

Marketing qualification or training beneficial but not a must.

Package & Remuneration

• Basic plus high commission structure pending, sales growth and client (contract type) acquisition in security service industry.

• Cell/Laptop/Vehicle/ Branded attire.
