We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent (PERSAL) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling financial products to government employees whose salaries are administered through the PERSAL payroll system.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate new business within government institutions.
- Market and sell financial and insurance products to qualifying PERSAL employees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, schools, hospitals, SAPS stations, and municipalities.
- Conduct product presentations and customer needs analyses.
- Assist clients with completing applications and required documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of applications.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Adhere to company compliance requirements and industry regulations.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Previous sales experience will be an advantage.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or loan products preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to source leads and build a client base.
- Own transport will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of government institutions and the PERSAL environment is beneficial.
