Sales Agent - Motor Warranty & Scratch & Dent

Introduction

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent with proven experience in the automotive industry, particularly in motor warranty, scratch and dent, and vehicle-related insurance products .

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently engage customers, identify their needs, and close sales.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sell motor warranty, scratch and dent, and related vehicle protection products.

• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.

• Engage with customers professionally and build strong relationships.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Explain product benefits, terms, conditions, and exclusions clearly.

• Handle objections confidently and convert enquiries into sales.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Accurately capture customer and sales information.

• Maintain high levels of customer service throughout the sales process.

• Work closely with management and administration teams to ensure smooth policy activation.

• Keep up to date with product offerings, pricing, and industry developments.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• 1-2 years’ sales experience , preferably within the automotive, insurance, warranty, or vehicle protection industry.

• Proven experience selling motor warranties and/or scratch and dent products .

• A strong and demonstrable sales track record.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.

• Good computer and CRM skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.

• Existing knowledge of motor warranty and scratch & dent products.

• Experience working with inbound and/or outbound sales leads.
