Sales Agent - Lead Generation Support

In this role, you will play an important part in generating new business opportunities and delivering exceptional client service. You will manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospective buyers and tenants, coordinate property viewings, and support the sales team in achieving its business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries and lead management
• Respond to inbound enquiries promptly and professionally
• Make outbound calls to follow up with and nurture leads
• Qualify buyers and tenants according to their requirements
• Schedule and confirm property viewings and appointments
• Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate information
• Share new property listings, pricing updates and market information
• Coordinate valuations and listing appointments
• Liaise with agents, suppliers and internal teams
• Manage inboxes and ensure all communications are handled efficiently
• Track lead activity and assist with performance reporting
