- Represent Global Direct to sell short-term insurance products provided by The Unlimited.
- Fully commission-based — no basic salary. Average monthly earnings typically R6,000–R12,000 (dependent on individual effort and results).
- Free training provided: product knowledge (The Unlimited’s products), sales approach, lead generation, and objection handling.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Actively generate and follow up on leads and prospects.
- Present The Unlimited’s short-term insurance products professionally on behalf of Global Direct.
- Close sales and complete accurate application paperwork.
- Build and maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Meet individual sales targets and report activity as required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- At least 50% average for matric ( NQF 4 ), or any higher qualification (NQF 5+) .
- Proven sales ability or strong motivation to sell (experience in insurance or related sales is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Reliable transport and ability to travel locally for client visits.
- Basic smartphone and ability to use simple sales/admin apps.
- South African citizen.
